Hi there! My name is Adam and I use he/him pronouns. I'm a clinical psychologist practicing in Melbourne's Carlton North. I work with adults who are wanting to create more intentional and meaningful lives - whatever that may look like to them!

My professional interests include:

• LGBTQIA+ mental health and supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals navigate the unique experiences we can encounter.

• Exploring the impact of sexual and relational satisfaction on our mental health, offering a non-judgemental and sex-positive space to address sex and relationship difficulties.

• Helping individuals break free from unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving, such as critical self-talk, perfectionism, procrastination, and people pleasing.   

In my practice, I primarily utilise acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy and cognitive-behavioural therapy. However, I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, guided by the unique goals, needs and strengths of each client. From the beginning of therapy, and throughout our sessions, we will work together to deeply understand your experience and to identify how these evidence-based approaches can be beneficial for you.
